At BLANCK, we strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, please review our return and refund policy below.
1. Return Eligibility
Items are eligible for return if:
- The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Original tags and packaging are included
- Return request is made within 7 days after receiving the order
Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Sale or clearance items
- Worn, washed, or damaged products caused by customers
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Accessories and selected limited edition products
3. Refund Process
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 working days depending on your payment provider.
4. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are only available for:
- Wrong item received
- Defective or damaged products
- Size exchange subject to stock availability
Customers may need to bear additional shipping costs for exchanges unless the error was caused by us.
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item received is incorrect or defective.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service as BLANCK is not responsible for lost return parcels.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders may only be cancelled before shipment confirmation has been issued. Once the order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer allowed.
